In 1997 Dr. Esposito’s father experienced two heart attacks and was permanently disabled from working. For the remaining 30 years of his life, he watched his father slowly suffer from every chronic disease that we know kills thousands of Americans today — heart disease, cancer, Alzheimers, sarcopenia, and lung disease. As a child he had hoped that his doctors would be able to solve his dad’s chronic illnesses, but unfortunately all they had to offer was bandaids.
When he realized conventional medicine didn’t have much to offer, he took it upon himself to search for other solutions. This began Dr. Esposito’s journey into integrative medicine and nutrition. He first started with a B.S. in Nutrition from New York University, as the basis of foundational health and advanced to nutrition as medicine to the his clinical doctorate in naturopathic medicine and TCM.

Due the nature of the work and the time investment into every patient, Dr. Esposito can only take on a select amount of patients per year. Currently Dr. Esposito is accepting new patients exclusively on a referral basis. This means we are only able to schedule appointments for individuals referred to us by current patients, healthcare providers, or other professional colleagues. At the moment, the onboarding period is closed but please stay tuned via the website newsletter to learn when new spots open.

Medicine and health are applied sciences. We take the principles of science and research an apply it to the human body. But medicine is both an art and science, where we accumulate extensive research and scientific knowledge and apply it to a complex human body.
Evidence-lead medicine means really understanding scientific research, as limited or extensive as it may be, and integrating it into a complex human body which in the end results in helping people improve their health.
